Shipping policy

UK Delivery is free for England, Wales and Scotland. Free delivery is not available for N. Ireland, Scottish Islands, IOW for these zones contact us for a cost.  EU delivery charges are restricted to certain EU countries - contact us for further rates if required.  

Express UK Pallet delivery aims to be in 5 working days of placing your order, however we can guarantee delivery within these time is the pallet network is busy.

If you require delivery with limited access, eg down a narrow lane, please tell us at the time of purchase otherwise if the delivery vehicle cannot access your property we reserve the right to charge for redelivery at 50% of the original delivery cost.

Shipping costs for us are £50-90 per pallet England/Wales and £90-£150 for Scotland and the Isles.

If good arrived in damaged packaging - please accept the good and examine the contents, any damaged items will be replaced FOC.
